Founder of The DiNapoli Hospitality Group properties. With many years in the hospitality and event industry, Perry DiNapoli has dedicated his career to creating unforgettable celebrations. As the proud owner of The Briarcliff Manor and its sister venue, The Pleasantville Manor, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every event hosted at our properties.
When he is not overseeing the venues, Perry enjoys spending time on the golf course. His love for the game reflects the same patience and precision he brings to work.
Perry’s favorite part about owning wedding and event venues is witnessing the joy on a couple’s special day and knowing he played a part in making their dream celebration come to life.

Vincenza DiNapoli - Decor Specialist
Owner of The Briarcliff Manor and sister venue, The Pleasantville Manor. Vincenza DiNapoli brings both heart and artistry to every event. With a natural eye for design, she serves as our In-House Decor Specialist, helping couples and families bring their vision to life with elegance and detail. Her thoughtful approach ensures that each celebration is not only beautiful, but also uniquely personal.
Outside of The Manor, Vincenza loves spending time with her grandchildren, finding joy and inspiration in family moments.
Vincenza’s favorite part about being the Owner and In-House Decor Specialist at The Briarcliff Manor is transforming a space into a couple’s dream setting, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Adrianna DiNapoli - Director of Business
Adrianna holds more than 15 years of experience in the industry and has been an integral part of her family owned and operated business since 2016. In her free time she enjoys binge watching Netflix, going on walks & traveling. Adrianna’s favorite part of working at The Briarcliff Manor is that every day is a new adventure! She enjoys being a part of many different areas of the business.
Kelsey Tornillo - Director of Events
Kelsey holds over 10 years of experience in the industry. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to Disney World. Kelsey’s favorite part about working at The Briarcliff Manor is building relationships with our clients through our hands on planning process.
Peter Vincent - Executive Chef
Chef Peter Vincent has been an executive chef for 25 years and a part of our team since 2015. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and trying new restaurants. Peter’s favorite part about working at The Briarcliff Manor is making our guests special day by exceeding their expectations.
