Perry DiNapoli
President & Owner
From the family’s beginnings at Antonees in 1991 to welcoming couples for a tour today, Perry brings decades of hospitality experience and a love of gathering people around good food.

Away from the venues, Perry enjoys a round of golf.
Vincenza DiNapoli
Owner & Décor Specialist
Through Décor by Vincenza, she helps couples and hosts bring their ideas together in a setting that reflects their taste and occasion.
Her favorite moment is seeing the transformation complete, as a room prepared with care fills with the people it was created for.
Outside the Manor, Vincenza loves time with her grandchildren.

Adrianna DiNapoli
Director of Business Development
Adrianna began working events in the family business at age 12. Her experience connects the welcome guests receive with the preparation and teamwork behind it.
Today, she leads sales, marketing, and business development, bringing new ideas to the family’s traditions and strengthening the communication that supports clients and the team.
Outside work, Adrianna enjoys her young family, traveling, and discovering new places.
Kelsey Tornillo
Director of Events
Kelsey knows the Manor as both a member of the team and a bride. After helping plan celebrations here, she chose it for her own wedding in 2024.
With more than 10 years of hospitality experience, she brings careful preparation and a personal understanding of the planning process. Her favorite part is building relationships with clients and learning what matters most to them.
Outside the Manor, Kelsey enjoys family time and trips to Disney World.

Event Sales Coordinator
Jenna helps couples and hosts explore what their celebration could look like at The Briarcliff Manor, answering questions and walking through the options.
Whether you’re visiting for a tour or discussing your plans, she brings a personal approach to the conversation, helping you understand the venue and your next steps.
Alex Westcott
Bridal Attendant & Event Assistant
Alex may be one of the first people welcoming you when you visit. On wedding days, she supports couples and their wedding parties with attentive, personal care.
As our main bridal attendant and an event assistant, she helps with preparations and the needs that arise throughout the celebration, keeping the people at the center of the day in view.
It all begins with great food.
Peter Vincent
Executive Chef
Part of our team since 2015, Chef Peter brings 25 years of experience as an executive chef to the meals we share with your guests.
His favorite part is knowing the food helped make someone’s celebration special, giving hosts and guests something to enjoy and remember together.
Outside the kitchen, Peter enjoys family time, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
