Family-Owned Hospitality in Westchester, NY
A Historic Manor.
A Family Welcome.
Old-world charm and Hudson River views create the setting. Our family’s love of food and hospitality brings it to life.
A menu shaped around your favorite foods and traditions. Thoughtful preparation. A warm welcome for the people you love. These are the details that make a celebration feel like yours.
Hospitality Runs in the Family
Our story began in 1991 at Antonees Gourmet Deli and Catering in Mount Vernon, where brothers Perry, Louis, and Anthony worked alongside their father, Louie DiNapoli.
From Antonees on Broadway in White Plains to Angelina’s Ristorante and The Olde Stone Mill in Tuckahoe, the family’s experience grew around a generous meal and a personal welcome.
Today, Perry and Vincenza, their daughter Adrianna, and our experienced team carry those traditions forward at The Briarcliff Manor. Our sister venue,
The Pleasantville Manor,
offers its own setting for intimate weddings, showers, and smaller celebrations, connected by the same family roots.

From Haymount to The Briarcliff Manor
A Manor With a Story
Built in 1902, the Haymount Estate began as a family home overlooking the Hudson River and Palisades. A circus connection, riding stables, and a French restaurant would each become part of its story.
In 2015, Perry and Vincenza DiNapoli restored the manor for its next chapter. Today, its historic rooms welcome weddings, family celebrations, and gatherings that add new memories to a place with more than a century of history.

1902: The Haymount Estate
Williamson Whitehead Fuller and his wife, Annie Staples, made their home at Haymount. Designed in the grand manor tradition of the late nineteenth century, the estate remained the Fuller family home until his death in the early 1930s.
Prohibition-Era Lore
Local lore suggests the manor once served as a speakeasy during Prohibition. It remains one of the intriguing stories associated with the estate’s past.
The 1940s: A Circus Connection
The Holland Classical Circus called the estate home during the early 1940s, bringing both people and animals to the property before departing in 1945. During this period, a fire destroyed one wing of the manor. The opposite wing was later removed to restore the building’s symmetry.
The 1950s: A Riding Club
Robert and Pauline Morin gave the property a new purpose as a riding stable known as The Walk, Trot, and Canter Club.
A Chapter in French Dining
From the 1970s into the early 2000s, the estate housed a French restaurant owned and operated by Giovanni Susech, continuing the manor’s connection to food and hospitality.
2015: The DiNapoli Family
In May 2015, Perry and Vincenza DiNapoli acquired the property and renamed it The Briarcliff Manor. Their restoration brought together the building’s historic character and their family’s catering experience, creating a setting for weddings, private celebrations, fundraising events, and corporate gatherings in Westchester.
