Wedding Planning Made Easier: Vendor Night at The Briarcliff Manor
At The Briarcliff Manor, one of our favorite parts of the wedding experience happens long after the tour and booking process — when our couples begin bringing their vision to life. Recently, we welcomed many of our upcoming couples back to the estate for our Vendor Night, an evening designed to make wedding planning feel a little easier, a little more exciting, and a lot more personal.
The night gave couples the opportunity to connect face-to-face with some of our trusted vendors, gather inspiration, ask questions, and explore different ways to personalize their wedding day experience. From entertainment and décor to photography, beauty, transportation, specialty rentals, and guest experience enhancements, the evening was filled with ideas to help couples start envisioning the details that make a wedding truly feel like their own.
One of the biggest benefits of the evening was giving couples the chance to meet vendors in a relaxed setting and begin building relationships with professionals who know our property, understand our couples, and work closely with our team throughout the planning process. We always want our couples to feel supported and confident as they move through planning, and nights like these help make the process feel more approachable and enjoyable.
Of course, no Briarcliff Manor event would be complete without an incredible culinary experience.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a variety of featured enhancements and interactive stations, including Italian Sushi, Mini Lobster Rolls, Petite Shrimp Rice & Pesto, and a Live Petit Filet Slider Station complete with Truffle Fries, Frizzled Onion, Horseradish Sauce, and Mini Wedge Salad.
Dessert favorites included Fresh Churros and Floating Gelato, while beverage experiences featured Espresso Martinis, an Espresso & Cappuccino Station, Champagne Towers, and upgraded wine selections.
One of the things we always try to emphasize to our couples is that wedding planning should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Vendor Night is one of the ways we help simplify the process by bringing inspiration, trusted professionals, and planning ideas together in one place.
For many couples, the evening also becomes an opportunity to discover special touches they may not have originally considered. Whether it’s a late night snack station, an upgraded cocktail hour experience, signature beverages, or interactive food displays that create memorable moments for guests throughout the night.
We loved seeing so many familiar faces back at the manor and watching our couples continue to build excitement for their upcoming celebrations.
